Upon entering the home, you will immediately be drawn to the cathedral ceilings throughout the entire living space. The living room has two large couches (one is a queen-size pull-out bed), an adjoining day chair, and a Smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen offers plenty of countertop space to prepare your family's favorite treats! Adjacent, you will find a lovely seating area for four overlooking the pool. The sunroom has a large dining table that can seat up to six comfortably, with four additional barstools that can open up to the kitchen. The spacious primary suite has a king-size bed, a Smart TV, and a walk-in closet. Open the beautiful French doors to the private oasis. You have views of the mature landscaping and pool area. Attached is the primary bathroom, which has a large vanity with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom, located off the living room, has a queen-size bed with plenty of closet space for your personal belongings. The second bathroom has a vanity with a shower/tub combo. The third bedroom is perfect for the kids! There is a bunk bed, a trundle bed, and a Smart TV. The third bathroom is on the same level and has a large walk-in shower. The outdoor oasis awaits! This completely caged rectangular-shaped private pool allows you to soak up that Florida sunshine all day long. There is an outdoor dining table that can seat up to six. Pack n Play and high chair available for your use. House Rule: No smoking. No burning candles inside of lodging. No parties. Furry friends, welcome! A required $200 non-refundable pet fee is to be paid directly to the management company after the reservation is confirmed. Pool heating is optional, for an additional non-refundable fee of $25 per day + taxes to be paid directly to the management company after the reservation is confirmed. ***Taxes and fees not included.
