Directions:- From the Causeway, go north on N Peninsula Avenue, past Villa way, to the second entrance into Minorca which is across from the 2700 Inlet Marina Villas on the left side, Minorca Beach Lane. YOU MUST PRE-REGISTER WITH LISTING AGENT BEFORE ARRIVING AT THE CONDO SECURITY GATE. At the Guard gate, give them your name and tell them you are going to #602 at 257 Minorca Way.
