Renovated in the summer of 2003 with "Champion Ultra Dwarf Bermuda", the greens are the best in Manatee County. This putting surface is far superior to the common and traditional Bermuda grass used on most courses, lending itself to a true roll. Sixteen of the fairways are bordered by water with 37 bunkers surrounding the eighteen greens. The amenities include a pro shop, snacks, refreshments and a putting green. After a round of golf it's just a short jaunt to any of the local Gulf beaches for a sunset dinner. Cable and WIFI are included. NO PETS / NO SMOKING. Association application and approval required ($125 application fee). 3 month minimum stay. DEC 1-APR 30 $2600 per month* // MAY 1-NOV 30 $1800 per month* (*additional fees & taxes apply). Prices shown are based on 2 person occupancy. Additional persons staying in the unit for a period of longer than 7 days may be considered additional occupants and subject to additional rental fees being charged and/or application and approval process if the community is governed by association rules and regulations. Your rental Agent must be advised of all additional occupants and dates they will be in the unit. Rates include all utilities including WIFI. Additional charges will be departure cleaning fee ($210), Booking fee ($250.00) , Sales and Resort Taxes (12%) and Travel Insurance (if requested). NOTE: We do not accept reservations for high season months of Jan - April for less than 90 days until after Labor Day.
