Through the fantastic sliding glass corner door, you will head to an outdoor dining table for six and plenty of chaise lounges to soak up that Florida sunshine. Enjoy the square-shaped pool overlooking the gorgeous canal when ready for a dip. You will find a paved walkway to the backyard leading to the dock. Three large palm trees border the home to the canal. Cast a line a catch the fish of the day! The spacious primary bedroom awaits! This room has a king-size bed, a large dresser, a walk-in closet, and sliding glass doors leading out to the pool. Attached is the primary bathroom that was spa-inspired. There are two separate vanities and a large wrap-around walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a bohemian vibe with a full-size bed, a large dresser, and plenty of closet space. The second bathroom has an updated vanity and a walk-in shower tiled from floor to ceiling. The third bedroom has a coastal feel, with a full-size bed and plenty of place to kick back and relax. Furry friends welcome, max 2, and require a $200 per pet non-refundable pet fee to be paid directly to the management company.
